3. AI Processing
To provide personalized features, we send relevant information, including content you have shared, to a third-party artificial intelligence provider that processes it on our behalf to generate responses and summaries. We configure this processing to keep your data within our cloud environment and region, and your content is not used to train the provider's foundation models. AI output is informational only.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers that host, secure, authenticate, and process data for us, under contracts that require them to protect it;
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services;

We store your information using reputable cloud infrastructure. The documents you upload, including the original files and the structured versions we create from them, along with your other stored data, are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to your own account through per-user isolation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and to meet our legal obligations. When you delete content, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal requirements.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information directly in the app, and you can request additional help by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Health Information
We understand that health information is sensitive. We collect it only to provide the Services to you, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. You control what health information you choose to share with the Services.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Services, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use them to sell your information. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
